Standard shipping within the UK is free on all orders.
There are no additional handling fees at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated delivery time:  3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (GMT), London time

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners.

Depending on stock availability, products may be dispatched from warehouses within the United Kingdom or the European Union. This does not affect delivery times, pricing, or customer rights.


Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or local conditions, but most orders arrive within the stated window.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Customs & Import Fees

UK customers will not be charged additional customs or import fees on delivery. Any duties or taxes are handled by the seller and will not be charged to the customer.

4. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers may still return eligible items in accordance with our Refund Policy
